By purchasing and enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of enrolment unless an approved payment plan has been arranged in writing. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.

3. Refunds

Due to the immediate access provided to digital course materials, refunds are generally not available once access has commenced. If exceptional circumstances arise, requests may be considered at our discretion.

4. Course Content

All course materials, videos, worksheets, handouts, and resources remain the intellectual property of the course provider. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued only where stated and may require completion of designated modules, quizzes, attendance requirements, or other course criteria.

7. Live Sessions (if applicable)

For courses including live webinars or seminars, reasonable efforts will be made to deliver sessions as advertised. Dates or facilitators may change if required. If a session is cancelled, an alternative arrangement will be offered.

8. Participant Conduct

We aim to create a respectful learning environment. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

9. Privacy

Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used for course administration, communication, and related learning purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will apply to all new enrolments.
