These high-quality self-paced modules are the ideal place to start whether you simply want to know more about Cognitive Analytic Therapy or are required to complete a number of ANZACAT endorsed training hours for your practitioner accreditation. Select from a range of training modules including:

Each detailed module includes a pre-recorded lecture with slides, related learning activities and ‘how to’ examples and worksheets to provide ways for you to relate the content to your settings. Each module is $149.

How the modules work
Each module is 1-2 hours of training prepared by experienced CAT trainers. Worksheets and practical applications form part of each module, so you can check your learning at any time.
Too busy in your practice to finish them all? Relax. Take a break. You have 12 months’ access to the videos, so you can review the content when your schedule settles down again. Contact us if need more time.
The learning you gain from each of these modules can be integrated immediately into your existing practice, leading to a broader set of skills to help those you work alongside. And you can gain credit towards the CAT Skills Training course or your ANZACAT approved practitioner training.
